Step #1: Visit our order page! Look through our menu for the week, add what you'd like to order to your cart then check out! You can pay via e-transfer OR debit/credit card. Orders must be in by 4:59PM every Saturday!
Step #2: Every week we freshly shop for, prep and cook your pre-ordered meals!
Step #3: We deliver your meals right to your door between 10AM-6PM, delivery day depends on the week - please see the note below for up to date delivery days.
Step #4: Heat your meal per the instructions on the lid of your meal - Enjoy!
We have a rotating menu containing five unique and delicious meals per week. The menu refreshes every Saturday at 5PM.
Whether you need a full five-meal/week bundle, or just one or two meals we've made the process is simple in order to save you precious time, money, and effort!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to schedule conflicts at our shared commercial kitchen, we will be altering 5 delivery dates over June and July.

Everyone’s appetite is different but we prioritize serving large portions so no one feels hungry after eating one of our meals - if you have a small appetite this might mean you can make two small portions out of one of our meals!

We know not everyone has consistent access to a smart phone, tablet or laptop to place their order - and some people just don't want the hassle of the new fandangled technology out there.
To make our meals accessible to everyone in the neighbourhood, we have a weekly call list!
By joining our call list you will receive a call every Friday from either Grace or Jordan, between 11AM-12PM to go over next weeks menu and take your order. If you're not free at that time, we'll leave a message and you can get back to us at your convenience!
